The leadership team shaping Rhea
Margaret joined Rhea as CEO with the conviction that there’s a more integrated, connected, and elevated experience possible for intended parents around the world. As the daughter of two medical professionals and with her own fertility journey as inspiration, she is leading Rhea with an ecosystem-first approach to shape a new experience in today’s fragmented reproductive health market. Margaret has over a decade and a half of experience in strategic planning and execution and a proven track record of launching and managing operations across different regions. Prior to Rhea, Margaret was Head of Bridgewater Associates Singapore, where she established and led the firm’s first international hub office and drove new market development. She previously created and led the Product Partnerships team at Squarespace, diversifying their revenue through integrating with strategic technology partners to better equip businesses on the platform, and started her career in finance focused on building new business lines for Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Margaret holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Joshua oversees the Finance function as CFO and drives capital raising and investor-related initiatives, supports Rhea's M&A & inorganic growth strategy, and works closely with the CEO to define strategic and capital allocation priorities. Joshua joins Rhea following more than a decade in financial roles including CFO for an early stage startup, private equity and growth investing, M&A advisory and execution, investment banking, and corporate development. Most recently, Joshua was the CFO at Lummo, a Southeast Asia-based e-commerce software company, where he served as a trusted advisor to the Board and CEO in growing the business to ~$10M ARR, and scaled a global finance team overseeing multiple jurisdictions. Prior to that, Joshua spent 6 years as an investor at Singapore-based investment fund, Temasek, covering global technology and consumer sectors. Joshua began his career in M&A investment banking at Barclays. He holds a B.Acc from Nanyang Technological University.
Shawn covers deal sourcing, due diligence, execution and post-merger integration at Rhea. Prior to Rhea, Shawn was a Senior Associate at Partners Group (SIX:PGHN) on the private equity team, focusing on buyout opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. Shawn started his career at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant based in Shanghai with focus on strategy and operations for multinational firms. Shawn holds a B.Eng from Nanyang Technological University.
Nicole joins Rhea with a focus in developing partnerships, and overseeing partnerships performance and integration in the Rhea ecosystem. She has over a decade of experience in business operations and project management roles, with a proven track record in both the hospitality and healthcare industry. Prior to Rhea, Nicole managed the set-up and launch of a private eye care centre and led strategic business planning and initiatives amongst key stakeholders. She was previously the Head of Quintessentially in Vietnam, where she launched and established the British brand in a new market - building teams, business pipelines, brand partnerships and event activations. Nicole began her career as a startup co-founder and later joined a tech accelerator, managing accounts including Hanwha Dreamplus and organising group trade missions for new market expansion. She holds a BSocSci from the National University of Singapore.
David leads Rhea’s AI and machine learning innovation as part of the Rhea Labs team, joining from Rhea’s acquisition of Embryonics. He is an innovator in geometric AI and medical genAI, with a strong academic foundation in computational biology and machine learning from Technion. David has dozens of publications and patents spanning a wide spectrum, including depth camera technology, medical image processing, and embryo implantation prediction. His career prior to Rhea includes roles at Apple and Intel, and as a co-founder of Embryonics, he is committed to integrating impactful technology into healthcare.
Gilad is the Chief Architect for Rhea as part of the Rhea Labs team, focusing on the database and infrastructure for Rhea’s technical backbone. Prior to joining Rhea, Gilad focused on cloud architecture, devOps, and software development at Embryonics, and continues to be the lead technologist for the product roadmap. His expertise across diverse cloud platforms boosts system efficiency and stability and has had a significant role in enhancing embryo model accuracy through advanced image processing. As a Weizmann Institute physics master's graduate, Gilad is committed to pioneering innovation in healthcare technology, and working closely with clinic teams to meld creative solutions with deep technical acumen.
Dr. June Hao is primarily responsible for the business operations of Rhea’s GenPrime network of owned and partner clinics in the Asia-Pacific region. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Dr. Hao has served at Novartis and Pfizer in business development roles. Additionally, she has worked as the General Manager of medical groups in Hong Kong and Macau. Before joining Rhea, June was involved in clinic acquisitions and project investments at Meinian Onehealth (SZ: 002044), a domestic publicly listed company in China. June has an MD in Oncology Medicine from Fujian Medical University and holds an Executive MBA from Singapore Management University.
Irene joins Rhea to co-lead the operations of Rhea's GenPrime Asia network alongside Dr. June Hao. She brings over 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, starting as a pharmacist in 1999. Throughout her career, Irene has held pivotal roles in corporate management, business development, and expansion across Malaysia and SEA. Irene's leadership as CEO of a prominent fertility center network in Malaysia has driven significant growth and innovation. With a degree in Pharmacy from Liverpool John Moores University, Irene embodies professional excellence and regulatory adherence, making impactful contributions to the healthcare sector.

Dean of Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar. Dean Sheikh is a renowned medical executive and previous Board Chairman of the Palo Alto Institute for Research and Education at Stanford University School of Medicine and the Veterans Administration Palo Alto Health Care System in California.
VP of Clinical Strategy at TMRW Life Sciences. Hudson was co-founder of Kindbody, a leading fertility clinic network and family-building benefits provider in the United States and holds over 20 years of experience in reproductive technology.

Camacho has extensive experience in designing human-centered services and digital products, developing new business ventures, and building innovation capabilities. Her clients span healthcare, education, hospitality, financial services, and consumer goods and have included Merck, Medtronic, Roche, IKEA, Nike, and Marriott.
Professor and Chair of the Department of Urology at Baylor College of Medicine. Professor Coburn served as Chief of Urology at Ben Taub Hospital from 1990 until 2012 and is a member of the Board of Governors of the American College of Surgeons. He is the recipient of the Robertson Presidential Educator Award for lifetime achievement in educational leadership at Baylor College of Medicine.
